摘要
从信息公开的角度来讨论考试信息公开问题。对考试分数是否属于政府信息、考试分数能否自他人公开、考试分数的公开能否收费、考生能否核查自己的的考卷、考生能否申请自己的成绩单原件等问题进行了讨论。
The paper discusses such problems involved in exam information publicity as questions over the government's control of test score information, publicity of one' s score, charge for the publicity, one's reexamination of his corrected papers, and application for the score original.
