完善党内监督领导体制改革构想

Suggestions on Perfecting Supervision System with the Party's Leadership

我国党内监督领导体制经过了产生、退化及恢复三个阶段。现行的党内监督领导体制在加强党内监督、改善党的领导、保证反腐倡廉顺利进行等方面发挥了重要作用,但同时也存在监督机构缺乏独立性和地位低下等问题。要改革和完善我国党内监督领导体制,我们认为应立足于我国的具体国情,在当前宜实行"平行垂直式"。

The supervision system has gone through three stages of birth, retrogression and restoration. The current supervision system within the Party plays an important role in strengthening supervision within the Party, improving the Party's leadership and fighting against corruption. However, there are still some problems such as short of independence of supervising organs, and low social position. In order to reform and improve supervision system within the Party's leadership, we consider that we may adopt the method of linear style according to the actual situations of our country.
