实现高师院校毕业生教学工作的"零适应期"目标,应主要加强毕业生的教育教学实习环节,因为这是一个"仿真教学"过程。众所周知,这个目标必须在大量的实践活动才能得到强化;同时,作为一个系统工程,其实现还需要一个赖以生存发展的良好环境。

To realize the objectives of'non-adaptability stage' teaching of graduates from normal university needs to strengthen the educational teaching practice which is called 'the imitation teaching'.
