摘要
实现高师院校毕业生教学工作的"零适应期"目标,应主要加强毕业生的教育教学实习环节,因为这是一个"仿真教学"过程。众所周知,这个目标必须在大量的实践活动才能得到强化;同时,作为一个系统工程,其实现还需要一个赖以生存发展的良好环境。
To realize the objectives of'non-adaptability stage' teaching of graduates from normal university needs to strengthen the educational teaching practice which is called 'the imitation teaching'. It is well known that it can only be intensified through a lot of teaching activities. In the same time, as a systematic project, it will develop further relying on the favorable environment.
