摘要
本文专题研究了影响屋面防水与隔热性能的主要因素。基于通过长达5年的连续跟踪观 察、测试和十几个工程实践所得结果,首次提出并证实:采用SWPU防水隔热材料以及构筑以 SWPU功能模式为核心的质控链,是解决屋面防水与隔热难题的行之有效办法。
In this paper, the main factors influencing the waterproof and adiabatic performance of housetop were studied. It was proposed, for the first time, that a combination of the utilization of SW PU functional material and the construction of quality control chain with a core of SWPU functional mode constitutes an effective route in solving the pendent issue of the waterproof and heat insulation of housetop. The thesis was proved definitely by a research of five year continuous tracking and testing as well as tens engineering practice.
