摘要 采用虚拟仪器技术研制了一种用于对飞机核心电子部件平视显示系统(平显) 进行故障检测和维修的网络化自动测试系统。该系统采用分布式网络结构, 硬件平台基于高可靠的PXI/CPCI, 软件采用LabWindows/CVI开发, 用户只需要通过简单键盘鼠标操作即可完成复杂现场测试。实际运行表明, 该系统具有用户界面友好、操作方便等优点, 提高了测试的效率和准确性, 并有效节省了测试成本与维护费用。 A virtual instrument based automatic test system for HUD(head up display unit) is developed. Distributed network structure is adopted in the system.High-reliable PXI/CPCI is used to construct its hardware architecture and develop the software in LabWindows/CVI. The user can complete complex test via mouse and keyboard. The application of the system shows that this system has many advantages such as good user interface, convenient operation,good openness and compatibility,increasing accuracy and reliability in operation and saving cost in test and maintenance efficiently.
