为实现某型信息处理板的验收测试和提供科研调试的技术支持, 该信息处理板综合测试系统采用了以工控机为基础的虚拟仪器系统设计方案, 基于开放式自动测试系统体系结构的要求, 配合各仪器子模块、继电器阵列、专用测试夹具和程控电源, 在LAB VIEW及其工具包的协调下实现了产品验收的自动测试, 并通过设计的一套" DSP软件探针" 对科研人员的程序调试提供了技术支持。
In order to test a signal processing circuit board and provide technology support for mechanics, a VI system followed the exoteric ATS structure and based on an industrial computer is designed. The system is made up of instrument module, relay matrix module, test clamp module and programmed power module, all of the modules are worked together under the control of LABVIEW with toolkits. The system realizes auto test for the product check and provides technology support with 'DSP software probe' for mechanics.
