In allusion to measurement of real-time rotating speed, the design of real-time photoelectric remote measurement system of rotating speed using infrared laser and AT89C2051 MCU is introduced. IPC can get the data from ISA bus. The design of hardware is discussed in detail and the flow chart of MCU program is given.
