祛风散热合剂治疗偏头痛95例疗效观察

Effective Observation on 95 Cases of Migraine Treated by Qufeng Shanre Mixture

目的:观察祛风散热合剂治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:治疗组95例予以祛风散热合剂内服,对照组95例予以西 比灵胶囊口服,两组连续治疗30天,观察其发作频度、强度及持续时间改善情况,并行经颅多普勒及血清内部内啡肽和血清神 经肽Y检验。结果:治疗组的总有效率(96.84%)明显优于对照组(P<0.05),并能明显降低大脑前、中、后动脉的血流速度 (均P<0.05),且毒副反应发生率较低。结论:祛风散热合剂治疗偏头痛有确切疗效。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect on migraine treated By Qufeng Shanre mixture. Method: Qufeng Shanre mixture were taken orally by 95 cases in the treatment group, sibelium were taken orally by 95 cases in the control group. The improvement of frequency ,intensity and persisting time of attack were observed, tested by TCD and serum β-EP and NPY were tested. Results: The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.84% which was superior to that in the control group (P<0.05). The blood flow rate of cerebral arteries was reduced significantly (P<0.05) and there was lower rate of side effects. Conclusion: Qufeng Shanre mixture had definite effect for treating migraine.
