Swim teaching and learning is a complicated process. Learners at different ages present diversity in their psychological situation and learning ability.Teachers should take relevant teaching methods and tactics corresponding to the diversity in teaching and leaning process.This thesis will make an analysis of the methods and tactics according to the diversity in psychological feature and learning ability that come from learners at different ages.
