摘要
根据社会对物流人才需求的现状与要求,分析物流本科人才培养方案的目标与规格、课程体系与特色,提出基于制造业物流管理的应用型本科人才培养应是物流教育的主流的观点,并认为20世纪90年代美国物流管理协会对物流的定义是构建物流人才培养方案的指导方针。
Based on the status quo of social needs and requirements for logistics talents,the author analyses the program for fostering logistics undergraduates,covering its goals,requirements,class system and characteristic,and points out that the mode to train the application-oriented undergraduates for on the manufacturing industry logistics management should be the main one in logistics education.The author concludes that the definition of logistics by the US Logistics Management Association in the 1990s is the guideline for training the talents of logistics.
