摘要
鉴于我国目前网络教育资源的稀缺性且利用效率较低的现状,借鉴虚拟企业概念,提出建立一种远程教育发展的新模式,即虚拟战略联盟。它的建立对提高网络资源规模经济效益,服务开放社会,满足全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会和培育现代国民教育体系具有现实意义。
Based on the situation of scarcity of network resources and lower efficiency of their utility, this essay puts forward setting up virtual long-distance education strategic alliances. Such an establishment may improve the efficiency of its scope economy,serve the opening-up society,meet the demand of an all-study,lifelong study so ciety and develop a modern national education system.
