Basic Principle, Connotation and Execution Countermeasures of Standard Quality Manufacturing

在介绍标准化概念、含义以及企业标准化必要性的基础上,着重介绍了标准质量生产(SQM)的基本原理、内容及其推进步骤,并探讨了SQM管理方法的理念。最后提出了对我国实施标准化管理的几项建议。

In this paper, through introduction of standardization concept and implication and the necessity of enterprise standardization, the basic principle , contents and implementing steps of standard quality manufacturing (SQM) are described. The concept of SQM management method is discussed. Some suggestions about implementation of standardization management in China are proposed.
