On Innovation of Judicial Documents and Modern Judicial Ideas

司法中立、公正平等、透明公开、独立、民主、效率、司法职业化、司法为民等现代司法理念对裁判文书的创新提出了新的要求。裁判文书的创新应该继承我国历史上判词优秀的民族传统,大胆吸收国外裁判文书的先进经验,及时反映司法改革的最新成果,充分利用现代科技手段,使裁判文书真正成为“公正与效率”的载体、沟通法官(法院)与公众的桥梁。

New requirements have been imposed to modern judiciary.The innovation must be based on inheriting the essence of the tradition of the finest wording in China as well as on observing the advanced experience of foreign documents,making the document a bridge between the judge and the public.
