摘要
从高校教学督导工作的实践,论述教学质量监控系统的构成、各系统间的关系及教学督导工作在教学质量监控系统中的作用,提出在质量监控系统中应遵循决策、执行、监督互动性原则。
Based on practices of teaching superintendence and guidance in universities, the author discusses the composition of the teaching quality supervision and control system, the relation among the systems, and the functions of teaching superintendence and guidance in the system. The author puts forward that it is necessary to follow the principle of decision-making, implementation, and supervision interaction in the quality supervision and control system.
