摘要
我国高校除了对教师进行培训以外,还必须从淘汰这条途径来进行师资队伍建设。高校改革为实施"淘汰制"提供了可能性,高校实施"淘汰制"已有法律依据,但同时必须注意处理好传统教育体制与国际接轨的问题和如何维护教师的人格和尊严问题。
Besides the way of training, universities ought to carry out the elimination system to improve the teachers' quality. The university reform makes the elimination among teachers possible, which has got the legal basis. However, at the same time, much attention should be paid to the internationalization of traditional education system and to upholding teachers' personality and dignity.
