摘要
介绍了实验室中,XLPE电缆绝缘水针法加速工频老化实验及所测绝缘交流特征参数(介损、电容和电导等)。研究结果表明XLPE老化过程中的交流绝缘特征参数与其老化程度相关,不同老化阶段的特性不同.根据特征参数的变化规律可有效判断XLPE电缆绝缘老化状况。
This paper deals with the experimental study on the correlation between the AC insulation parameters such as capacitance C, conductance G and dielectric loss tanδ and corresponding aging degree of insulation in the course of the aging of cross-linked polyethylene (abbr. XLPE) insulation. The aging tests are performed on a section of 10 kV XLPE cable by means of water needle method. It is found that the AC insulation parameters are significantly dependent on the corresponding aging degree of insulation in the course of aging of XLPE, and different kind of aging stage has different characteristics. Therefore, according to the changing regularity of the AC characteristic parameters of XLPE insulation the aging degree of XLPE insulation can be judged effectively.
