摘要 以关键路径法(CPM)为代表的网络计划法在我国土木工程项目计划管理领域得到了广泛的应用,但是随着工程项目规模的扩大和复杂性的增加,这一方法暴露出了诸多不足.在系统分析CPM方法的局限性的基础上,以武汉市轨道交通一号线为背景,针对应用过程中的相关障碍因素,提出了在我国大型土木工程项目中推行持续计划系统的应用框架和实施策略. The Network-based plan method, especially the Critical Path Method(CPM) is adopted extensively in the area of civil engineering project management. However, It exposed many absences when the engineering project become more huge and more complex. Setting the 1# line of Wuhan railway transit project as the application background the limitations of CPM are analysed. The application framework and the enforce strategy for the application of the last planner system in the large-scale civil engineering project of China are represented, which considers the relative obstacle factors during the application of process.
