The general conception of the urban parking lots' compositive cost is described by using the basic microeconomics theory. In accordance with the proper motion multilayer garage and the mechanical tridimensional garage, the compositive cost and economics of constructions are analysed in detail. At the same time it is suggested that the govement must put forward the corresponding preferential strategy for the construction of the urban parking lots.
