摘要
淮南矿业集团电力公司新庄孜电厂目前共使用5台75t/h中温中压循环流化床锅炉。自1999年8月建成投产以来,在不到3a的时间里陆续出现多台锅炉省煤器集箱焊缝泄漏的事故,给安全生产带来了极大的隐患。为了有针对性地解决问题,通过实际检测与全面、深入分析,找出了事故的原因,提出了解决问题的办法,即严格执行规范、合理的焊接工艺措施,保证焊缝的质量。经过对检修后锅炉在役运行的观察,证明处理后的焊缝性能稳定,确保了锅炉经济、有效地运行。
Five sets of 75t/h power generators with mid-pressure sulphur circulation boilers are in use in the Xinzhuangzi power plant attached to the Huainan Mining Group.Since their operation in August ,1999,several leakage accidents have happened in less than three years concerning the welding seams on the boiler savers, causing potential dangers to the production.To solve the problem specifically,we have found out the causes and put forward some methods by practical check and testing and overall analysis;We have to carry out strictly the technical standards,proper welding workmanship to ensure the welding quality. After the manintinance and treatment,for the stable charcateristics of the welding seams,the boilers are proved to be operating economically and efficiently.
