双头斜轧钢球的实验研究

Experiment of Two Grooves Skewing Rolling Steel Ball

为提高球磨钢球的单机生产率,并获取钢球轧制的力能参数,进行了钢球双头轧制孔型设计及实验。实验中对轧制压力、轧制扭矩、轧制功率进行了测试,并将单头和双头模具所测得的结果进行了比较与分析。实验采用了计算机测试技术,取得了比较满意的实验结果。

In order to improve single productivity, and got parameters of steel ball rolling, This paper has done pass design and experiments of two grooves rolling steel ball. In the test, the computer data collection system has been applied to measure rolling force, torque and power in rolling procession. The results of experiments have been analysed and compared , Useful results have been got.
