摘要
针对用于恶劣环境电动机的损坏情况,采用了自行研制的复合材料和模具封装电动机定子绕组的新工艺。通过封装前后的性能比较表明,新工艺可提高电动机使用寿命2~3倍。
For the situation of the electric motor's breakdown by the adverse circumstances, This article posed the new technology of the compound material and the mold to seal and package the winding of electric motor stator researched by ourself. By fruit from the compare between to use this technology or not, we know it can lift the electric motor's life 2 ~3 times.
