给正常小鼠和去势小鼠、氢化可的松肾阳虚小鼠灌服受试药,观察其对雄性小鼠生殖器官的影响.结果表明该药对正常小鼠的性器官有明显的增重作用,可使阳虚模型小鼠的胸腺、肾上腺、脾脏及雄性去势小鼠的包皮腺、精液囊前列腺的脏器系数明显增加;对去势雄鼠的阳虚症有明显的治疗作用.

We fed the normal mice, unsexed mice, and hydrogenation cortisone kidney deficiency mice on the test medicine and observed the effect of the medicine on the reproductive organs of male mice. The result indicated that the medicine had obvious function of increasing sexual organs weight of normal mice,promoted the viscera ratio of thymus gland, renal gland, spleen of Yang-deficiency model mice and that of the prepuce gland, vesicular-prostate of unsexed mice, and had marked treatment on the Yang deficiency of unsexed mice.
