摘要 为确立满天星组培快速繁殖和抑制玻璃化苗发生的体系,研究了培养基中氨态氮和硝态氮的比率、总氮含量及MS浓度对满天星增殖生长的影响和培养基中糖的种类及蔗糖浓度对满天星增殖和玻璃化苗发生的影响,结果表明:NH4+/NO3-为20/40mM的MS固有培养基适合满天星大量增殖,且苗的生长状态良好.培养基中氮含量提高至90mM或将MS浓度提高2倍时,能得到大量且健壮的满天星增殖苗.浓度为30g/L的蔗糖对满天星的增殖生长有促进作用,同时抑制玻璃苗的发生. The effects of culture factors (e.g. ratio of NH^+_4/NO^-_3; nitrogen concentration; MS strength; sugar types and sucrose) were studied to establish the system of quick propagation of Gysophila paniculata L. in vitro and the controlling of vitrified seedlings. The results indicated that the MS medium containing 20/40 mM of NH^+_4/NO^-_3 was fit for the mass proliferation, and the growth state of seedling was good. The 90 mM of nitrogen or two folds strength of MS medium could obtain mass healthy seedlings. 30 g/L of sucrose had facilitation to the proliferation growth and could inhibit the occurrence of vitrified seedlings.
