高校基础课实验室中心化管理体制改革的实践与探索

Practice and Explorations on the Reformation of the Centralize Management of Labs in Colleges

针对高校基础课实验室各自为政、条块分割、封闭管理、重复设置及追求小而全的弊端,学校于1998年成立了实验中心,对全校基础课实验室进行统一管理.重点分析了我校基础课实验室中心化管理模式的工作实践及成绩,并对今后实验室建设和改革的几个重要问题进行了思考和探索.

In order to manage the basic courses Labs as a whole, the lab center was founded in 1998 in our college. It can against the fact that the Labs did things in their own ways and were separated from each other, and it can also avoid the repetition in facilities. This article analyzes the working practice and achievement of the centralization management pattern in the Labs, it also give us some thoughts and explorations on the construction and reformation of the Labs in the future.
