甘肃省水价改革初探

Some discussions about water price reform in Gansu Province

针对甘肃省水价现状和存在的问题 ,分析农业水价、工业水价、城市生活水价和污水处理费征收情况等 ,提出加快水价管理法规体系建设 ;加强成本核算和控制 ,促进良性运行 ;加强水费计收和使用管理 ,提高资金使用效率 ;保持农灌电价稳定 ;加大田间工程和计量设施的投入力度 ;提高城市生活水价、工业用水水价、污水处理费征收标准 。

As regards the status in quo of water price in Gansu Province as well as its existing problems, collecting situation of processing charges for prices of agricultural water, industrial water, domestic water and polluted water is analyzed. This paper put forwards the following: to improve the establishment of water price management and laws; to strengthen cost calculation and control so as to guarantee good operation; to strengthen collection and management of water charges so as to raise the service efficiency of the capital; to keep the stable electricity price for agricultural irrigation; to input more money in farms and for metering devices; to raise processing charges for prices of domestic water, industrial water and polluted water so as to guarantee solid basis for good operation of water management.
