The three problems of critical explanation to mencius

本文对《孟子》的《梁惠王上》“以御于家邦”、《滕文公上》“劳之来之”、《梁惠王下》“内无怨女,外无旷夫”的“怨女”等三处的旧注提出不同意见,认为“御”应训为“引”并进而引申为“推及”;“劳、来”不应分为二义,皆应训为“勤”;“怨女”与“旷夫”相对为文,“怨”通“蕴”,应作“积聚”解,“怨女”指囤积在宫中的妇女。

This paper puts out the different opinion on “Yi Yu Yu Jia Bang”in Liang Hui Wang Shang,“Lao Zhi Lai Zhi ”in Teng Wen Gong Shang,and “Nei Wu Yuan Nu,Wai Wu Kuang Fu”in Liang Hui Wang Xia from Mencius,considering the critical explanation of “Yu ”should be the same,both are the meaning of “diligence”;“Yuan Nu is the oppsite of “kuang Fu”,The interchange-ability of Chinese character of “Yuan”is “Yun”,means“gathering”,“Yuan Nu”refers to the women gathering in the palace.
