具有保护肺功能的保健食品功能学检测方法的研究

摘要 目的 探讨增强肺部免疫功能和抗肺损伤的保健食品功能学检测方法, 为保健食品的监督、管理和有效开发提供科学依据。 方法 通过测定V-E、V-C和橘红浸膏等几种功能食品对肺泡灌洗液中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的活性、唾液酸(SA)含量以及对肺泡巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响,判定受试物增强肺部免疫和抗肺损伤的功能。 结果 测定肺泡灌洗液中相关生化指标和肺泡巨噬细胞吞噬功能,显示V-E、V-C和橘红浸膏有抗肺损伤功能,V-E还有增强肺部免疫功能作用。 结论 测定肺泡灌洗液中生化指标和肺泡巨噬细胞吞噬功能来鉴定保健食品是否具有增强肺部免疫力和抗肺损伤功能,具有一定的可行性。 Objective To explore the methods for assessing the functions of that in improving the pulmonary immune function and protecting the pulmonary damage in order to promote the management,monitoring and efficient developing of the health foods. Methods The levels of LDH,ACP and SA in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) as well as the phagocylic functions of alveolar macrophages (AMs) were measured to evaluate the capabilities of the health food candidates in increasing pulmonary immune function and resisting pulmonary injuries. Results The action of anti-pulmonary injury was found in Vit-E,Vit-C and Chrysoidine extractives, as well as the effect of enhancing the pulmonary immune function in Vit E. Conclusion It is possible to identify the functions of health foods in increasing pulmonary immune function and protecting pulmonary damage by measuring the biochemical indicators in BALF and the phagocylic functions of AMs.
