三顿半导体激光治疗带状疱疹的疗效分析

Analysis of efficacy of SUNDOM-300 semi-conductor laser for treatment of herpes zoster patients

目的 观察半导体激光治疗带状疱疹的疗效。 方法 带状疱疹132例随机分成两组,观察组除与对照组同样使用阿昔洛韦治疗外,同时给以SUNDOM-300Ⅰ型半导体激光治疗。 结果 观察组在止疱、结痂、疼痛缓解方面均显著优于对照组(P <0 .01),后遗神经痛发生率亦明显降低(P <0. 05)。 结论 半导体激光可以提高带状疱疹的疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of semi -conductor laser on herpes zoster patients. Methods One hundred and thirty-two herpes zoster patients we re divided into observation group consisted of 68 patients treated with alcilov plus SUNDOM-300 semi-conductor laser and control group consisted of 64 patients only treated with alcilov. Results The findings show that the anti-vesicating,scabbing and pain-relieving effect in the observation group are significantly superior t han that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Semi-conductor laser is capable of enhancing the effect in treatment of herpes zoster patients.
