克林霉素磷酸酯-过氧苯甲酰凝胶皮肤刺激及过敏试验

Studies on skin irritation and allergy test of clinidamycin phosphate-benzoyl pe roxide gel

目的 观察动物皮肤接触克林霉素磷酸酯-过氧苯甲酰凝胶后有无皮肤刺激、皮肤过敏等反应,为临床安全用药提供依据。 方法 皮肤刺激试验,对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤进行单次或多次涂抹0 02g/cm2 的克林霉素磷酸酯-过氧苯甲酰凝胶,单次涂抹和多次涂抹分别为 1d和连续 7d(1 次/d)涂抹,观察涂抹部位有无红斑和水肿等刺激反应情况。皮肤过敏试验,豚鼠每只每周皮肤涂抹0 2g的克林霉素磷酸酯-过氧苯甲酰凝胶1次,连续3周,于首次涂药后的第28 d皮肤给药进行攻击,观察涂抹部位有无红斑和水肿等过敏反应情况。 结果 末见动物发生红斑、水肿等刺激反应和过敏反应。 结论 该药无刺激性及过敏性,具有良好的皮肤用药安全性。

Objective To observe both irritative and alle rgic reactions of clindamycin phosphate-benzoyl peroxide geI(CPBPG) on the skin s of animals and provide basis for clinical safety use of CPBPG. Methods In skin irritation test, 0.02g/cm^2 of CPBPG were a p plied on rabbits' normal and damaged skin one time or several times(l time/d). In skin allergy test, 0.2g of CPBPG we re applied on the slain of the guinea pigs one time a week for 3 consecutive wee ks, and stimulated the animals at the 28^(th) day. Then irritative and aller gic reactions of the animals were investigated. Results There are no crythema, red swelling and any other imt ative or allergic reactions. Conclusion CPBPG is a safe external drug.
