2032例华枝睾吸虫病吡喹酮治疗副作用的临床观察

Clinical observation on the side-effects of 2 032 clonor chiasis patient s treated with praziquantel

目的 总结2 032例华枝睾吸虫病吡喹酮治疗中发生副作用的情况,以期为临床有效治疗提供依据。 方法 回顾性分析近10年以吡喹酮治疗华枝睾吸虫病的副作用发生情况及特点。 结果 发生副作用共1 622例,占79 .82%,其中消化系统反应1 030例,占50 .68%;神经系统反应516例,占25 .39%;呼吸系统反应11例,占0 .54%;心血管系统48例,占2 .36%;其他系统反应17例,占0 .8%。 结论 吡喹酮治疗副作用发生率较高,患者依从性较差,对患者应注重心理方面的护理。

Objective To sum up the side effects occurred to 2 0 32 clonorchiasis patients treated with praziquantel and provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods The side effects occurred to clonorchiasis patients t reated with praziquantel in the last ten years were retrospectively analyzed. Results Side effects occurred to 1 622 clonorchiasis patients accounted for 79.82%. The number of patients having side effects in digestive,n ervous,respiratory,cardiovascular systems and other system were 1 030(50.68%), 516(25.39%),11(0.54%),48(2.36%) and 17(0.80%),respectively. Conclusion The rate of side effects occurred to clonorchiasis patients is relatively higher and attention be paid to nursing of the patients.
