Clinical study on 34 acute laryngeal trauma cases

目的 研究喉外伤的处理方法,为喉外伤的临床诊治提供有价值的资料。 方法 回顾性分析喉外伤34例病人的临床资料。 结果 34例中非手术治疗9例,呼吸发音都恢复正常;手术治疗25例,术后15例发音恢复正常,10例有不同程度声音嘶哑或发声低沉。 结论 喉外伤应按病情轻重程度进行早期处理。

Objective To explore the ways in dealing with acute laryngeal damage and provide valuable data for diagnosis and treatment . Methods A retrospective analysis of 34 cases with ac ute laryngeal damage was performed. Results Nine of the 34 patients were cured after received non -surgical treatment in a mo nth and 25 patients were operationally treated. Of the 25 patients 15 of them h ad normal phonation after operation, 10 of them still had differently roughness of voice. Conclusion Acu t e laryngeal damage patients should be diagnosed and treated as early as possible according to the injury conditions.
