抗结核分枝杆菌抗体检测蛋白芯片的临床应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的 验证抗结核分枝杆菌多种抗原的抗体检测蛋白芯片的临床应用价值。 方法 结核病人和正常对照者的血清经芯片识别仪和ELISA同时检测,分析其敏感性、特异性和总符合率。 结果 结核芯片系统检测的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和诊断指数分别为69 .91%、84 .85%、90. 80%、55. 56%和154. 76%。而ELISA法检测的敏感性、特异性分别为66 .81%和86 .14%。两者检测的总符合率为81 .04%。检测结果间差异无显著性(χ2=1. 5,P >0. 05)。 结论 芯片系统检测的敏感性和特异性符合临床检验要求,具有简便、快速和单人份操作的优点,可用于临床辅助诊断结核病人。 Objective To evaluate the value of protein chip for c linical detection of multiple Mycobacterium tuberculosis antigen. M etho ds The sera from tuberculosis patients and normal controls were simulta neously detected by protein chips and ELISA,the sensitivity,specificity and tota l coincidence rate were analyzed. Results The sensitivity,spec ificity,positive and negative predicatives and diagnostic index detected by usin g protein chips were 69.91%,84.85%,90.80%,55.56% and 154.76%,respectively.While the sensitivity and specificity of ELISA were 66.81% and 86.14%,respectively. Th e total coincidence rate of the two methods was 81.04%,showing on significant di fference(χ~2=1.5,P>0.05). Conclusion The TB protein chip system is simple ,rapid,sensitive and specific,and suitable for detection of rapid ser odiagnosis of tuberculosis.
