摘要
目的 了解深圳市宝安区人民医院自血培养中分离出的产超广谱β内酰胺酶革兰阴性杆菌的药敏情况,为临床用药提供参考。 方法 对该院近三年来自血标本中分离的产ESBLs革兰阴性杆菌的药物敏感情况进行回顾性分析。 结果 共分离出52株产ESBLs大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌,其中大肠埃希菌35株,肺炎克雷伯菌 17株。52株产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌对亚胺培南的敏感率最高达96. 2%。 结论 亚胺培南仍然是治疗产ESBLs革兰阴性杆菌引起败血症的首选用药。
Objective To investigate the antibiotic resistance s i tuation of the extended-spectrum β-lactamases producing bacilli isolated from blood specimen. Methods Retrospective analysis of the antibio tic resistance situation of extended-spectrum β-lactamases producing bacilli isolated from the blood specimens of our hospital was perfomed in rece nt three years. Results Totally 52 strains of the extended- spectrum β-lac tamases producing Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoni a were isolated including 35 strains of Escherichia coli and 17 strains of Klebsiella pneumonia , the sensitive rate of 52 strains of extended-spectrum β-lactamases prod ucing Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumonia to imipenem was most high up to 96.2% . C onclusion Imipenem remains to be the first choice to cure the septicemia caused by broad-spectrum β-lactamases producing bacilli .
