摘要
用化学镀方法制备了Ni Co W P合金电极,并研究了其在1mol/LNaOH溶液中的析氢电催化活性,实验表明在相同的电流密度下,Ni Co W P合金电极比Ni Co P、Ni W P合金电极具有更低析氢过电位,XRD实验显示其镀层为非晶态.并进一步研究了Ni Co W P合金电极的电化学稳定性和表观活化能,结果表明:Ni Co W P合金电极具有比Ni Co P、Ni W P合金电极更好的析氢电催化活性和电化学稳定性.
Nickel-cobalt-tungsten-phosphorus alloy was prepared by electroless on ferrous basic body.Electrocatalytic behavior of hydrogen evolution on the obtained alloy electrode was studied in 1 mol/L NaOH solution .The experiments showed that nickel-cobalt-tungsten-phosphorus electrodes has lower hydrogen evolution overpotential than that of nickel-cobalt-phosphorus or nickel-tungsten-phosphorus electrodes at the same current density. The element composition and crystal structure were evaluated by EDS and XRD analyses. The stability of the alloy in 1 mol/L NaOH solution and the apparent activation energy of hydrogen evolution reaction were also reported.The experiment results showed that nickel-cobalt-tungsten-phosphorus alloy has higher catalytic activity than that of nickel-cobalt-phosphorus or nickel-tungsten-phosphorus electrodes.
