体外重组细菌光敏色素AphA修饰sBLM的光响应 被引量:1

摘要 通过体外重组获得了鱼腥藻Anabaenasp.PCC7120细菌光敏色素AphA,进而将其对金属支撑型BLM进行修饰.实验发现,细菌光敏色素修饰的BLM对于红光(650nm)和远红光(700nm)具有不同的光响应信号.当用远红光照射时,产生一个正向的电流响应,用红光照射时,产生一个反向的电流响应. Cyanobacterium phytochrome AphA was reconstituted in vitro and used to modify sBLM of lecithin. Current across the modified sBLM was detected when irradiated with red or far-red light.
