Economic and Philosophical Manuscript in 1844' is one of Marx's important works on money. Marx illustrates the nature, value, feeling, needs and dissimilation of money and human, with their essential relation that roots from man's objective activities. So based on this study, Marx reveals the necessary relation between abandoning monetary dissimilation and human liberation. There is great significance, theoretically and realistically, of humanistic analysis on money in Marx's manuscript.
