摘要
新课程的实施呼唤研究型教师。本文根据化学实验教学的特点,高师化学实验的教学内容、教学模式等方面就如何培养研究型教师进行了探讨,并认为全面更新高师化学实验教学内容,大力推行研究性教学是培养研究型教师的必由之路。
The adoption of a new curriculum calls for research-oriented teachers. In light of the characteristics, contents and methods of the teaching of chemistry experiments at normal universities, this paper offers a discussion of how research-oriented teachers should be trained. It is the authors belief that, in order to effectively train research-oriented teachers, the contents of chemistry experiments at normal universities must be renewed comprehensively and research-oriented teaching provided.
