CAR在泌尿系肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 CAR是新近确认的一种细胞间黏附分子,同时又是介导携带“目的基因”的病毒转染肿瘤细胞的膜受体。由于其生物学作用的特殊性,近年来已逐渐成为肿瘤治疗领域中新的“热点”。本文将结合泌尿系肿瘤治疗领域的研究现状,对CAR在该领域的研究进展作一综述。
