B-flow in Accessory Diagnosis of Vitreous Hemorrhage

目的 评价二维超声血流显像技术(B- flow)辅助诊断玻璃体出血的临床应用价值。方法 对4 5例临床诊断玻璃体出血的患者进行超声检查,分别应用普通超声及普通加B- flow检查方法,观察结果,并对结果进行比较。结果 普通附加B- flow检查显示玻璃体暗区内细小弱回声光点增加,对玻璃体出血的确诊率高于单纯普通超声检查法(93.33%和77.78% ;P<0 .0 5 )。结论 B- flow有助于玻璃体出血的准确诊断。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of B-flow in accessory diagnosis of vitreous hemorrhage.Methods We detected 45 cases with vitreous hemorrhage by conventional ultrasonography and additional B-flow ultrasonography.Results There were more weak echos in vitreous on B-flow mode.The rate of confirmed diagnosis of vitreous hemorrhage with additional B-flow ultrasonography was higher than that of conventional ultrasonography.(93.33% vs 77.78%,P<0.05).Conclusions B-flow can make diagnosing vitreous hemorrhage to a more accurate extent.
