超声组织定征对均匀性脂肪肝分度的测量研究

Study on Fatty Liver Patients with Ultrasound Tissue Characterization

目的 探讨超声组织定征(UTC)对不同程度均匀性脂肪肝测量诊断的作用。方法 用传统均匀性脂肪肝的分级方法将脂肪肝分为 度、 度、 度三个等级,UTC视频法测量每一度脂肪肝患者二维超声图像的灰阶值。结果 脂肪肝级别愈高,则后方衰减愈明显,距离愈远衰减愈重。UTC视频法测出的肝脏声像图的灰阶值 度与 度从8cm处开始,在脂肪肝分级中的差异有统计学意义(P<0 .0 5 ) , 度与 度及 度与 度均从6 cm处开始有统计学意义(P<0 .0 5 )。结论 可用超声视频法这一无创性的UTC检查方法对均匀性脂肪肝的程度进行声像图测量诊断。

Objective To explore a quantitative diagnosis method with ultrasound tissue characterization(UCT) in patients with fatty liver.Methods The gray scales of the two-dimensional ultrasongraphy in the patients were measured and compared with the fatty degrees of liver via traditional naked eyes.Results The differences of the gray scales between degreeⅠand degreeⅡ were remarkable beginning from 8 cm(P<0.05).As in the same instance,the difference between degreeⅠand Ⅲ,between degreeⅡ and Ⅲ were from 6 cm(P<0.05).Conclusions The quantitative diagnosis of the fatty liver with different degrees can be acquired through measuring the UCT in gray scales of the two-dimensional ultrasonography in the patients.
