摘要 目的探讨皮肤大汗腺肿瘤细胞表面凝集素受体的变化规律及意义。方法用17种生物素化凝集素检测了21例大汗腺良恶性肿瘤细胞表面凝集素受体的表达情况。结果大汗腺恶性肿瘤细胞表面WGA、ECL、STL、PNA、RCA-Ⅰ、RCA-Ⅱ阳性率较低,与良性肿瘤相比差异有显著性,DBA、BSL-Ⅰ、UEA-Ⅰ、SBA在部分Paget’s病细胞阳性。生乳头汗管囊腺瘤、生乳头汗腺腺瘤、大汗腺混合瘤在PNA、RCA-I、ECL阳性着染相似。结论大汗腺良恶性肿瘤细胞膜表面凝集素受体发生了有意义的变化,某些凝集素受体的变化可能有助于大汗腺肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断。 Objective To investigate the location and distribution of lectin-receptors in the apocrine sweat gland tumors. Methods The expression of the lectin-receptors of twenty-one cases of apocrine sweat gland tumors were detected by ABC method and seventeen kinds of lectins. Results There are statistically significant differences between the positive rates of lectin-receptors of benign and malignant apocrine sweat gland tumors for WGA,ECL,STL,PNA,RCA-Ⅰ and RCA-Ⅱ. Expression of DBA, BSL-Ⅰ,UEA-Ⅰ and SBA were observed in part cases of Paget's disease. Similar expressions of PNA,RCA-Ⅰ and ECL were observed in Syringocystdenoma papilliferum, Hidradenoma papilliferum and Aprine mixed tumor. Conclusion The expression of lectin-receptor markedly changed the cell of apocrine sweat gland tumors and aided to diagnosis and differentical diagnosis in apocrine sweat gland tumors.
