PET与脑功能及口腔功能研究

摘要 PET是一种通过示踪原理显示体内生化和代谢信息的影像技术。由于其具有可在活体内研究血流、氧耗、葡萄糖代谢、蛋白质合成和神经递质受体的特征,因此虽问世不久,却已广泛应用于临床及医学研究中。口腔功能包括咀嚼功能、吞咽、吸吮、呕吐等受中枢神经系统的控制,又对脑的功能活动产生影响。一些研究者利用PET研究口腔的生理功能,认为口腔功能可影响到脑血流及葡萄糖代谢,为口腔功能及脑功能的研究提出了一种新的思路和方法。本文就PET与口腔功能及脑功能研究的一些情况作一综述。
