摘要
目的评价CT对腮腺囊腺淋巴瘤的诊断价值。方法对10例经手术、病理证实的腮腺囊腺淋巴瘤的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果10例腮腺囊腺淋巴瘤,其中8例为单侧,2例为双侧。肿块大小1.2cm×1.0cm～2.0cm×2.2cm,界限清楚。其中9例密度高于正常腮腺,8例肿块内有囊变,所有病例增强后肿块有不同程度强化。结论CT检查对腮腺囊腺淋巴瘤的诊断具有重要价值。
Objective TO evaluate role of CT in diagnosis of cystadenolymphoma in parotid gland. Methods A review of 10 CT films was conducted. The films were from patients with cystadenolymphoma whose diseases were confirmed by pathology and operation. Results Of all 10 cases,8 were unilateral and 2 were bilateral.The masses ranged in size 1.2 cm×1.0cm～2.0 cm×2.2 cm with sharp demarcation.Nine cases displayed a higher density than that of normal parotid gland and 8 had cystic degeneration.All masses got enhanced after enhancement procedure. Conclusion CT plays an important role in diagnosis of cystadenolymphoma in parotid gland.
