纳米非晶金刚石膜抗口腔白色念珠菌粘附作用的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察比较义齿基托镀用纳米非晶金刚石薄膜前后表面白色念珠菌粘附量变化情况,探索纳米非晶金刚石薄膜的抗菌可能性。方法:采用热凝牙托材料制作30mm×10mm×2mm标准试件10个,逐级抛光至1 200目。试件分成两组,每组5个,一组试件双面镀用纳米非晶金刚石薄膜作为实验组,一组不作处理作为对照组,60Coγ杀菌后试件置于试管中培养,观察其表面48h白色念珠菌粘附量差异,同时用扫描电镜观察细菌粘附情况。结果:实验组及对照组试件表面均存在白色念珠菌黏附,实验组明显少于对照组,两者存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:纳米非晶金刚石薄膜能够显著降低义齿树脂基托表面白色念珠菌的粘附量,为其在口腔修复体上的进一步应用提供了实验依据。 Objective To observe the adhering of candida albicans on the surface of acrylic denture resin with or without nanometer amorphous diamond film and to test whether the nanometer amorphous diamond film can help reducing the quantities of candida albicans adhering on the surface of acrylic denture resin substrates. Methods 10 samples of acrylic denture resin were made to a required size of 30mm×10mm×2mm.All the samples were polished into the same roughness (using emery paper), five of them were deposited with nanometer amorphous diamond film,five samples were not treated as control. After disinfecting by 60Coγ,they were put into culture flask containing candida albicans and culture solution. After 48h, the amount of the adhesive candida albicans was determined by the clone forming unit counting method,and adhesive morphologies were analyzed with scanning electron microscope(SEM). Results The samples with nanometer amorphous diamond film were adhered with fewer candida albicans in contrast with the control(P<0.01),the same result was also confirmed by SEM. Conclusion The nanometer amorphous diamond film can reduce the adhering quantities of candida albicans on the surface of acrylic denture resin. It can be widely used in prosthodontics.
