摘要
本文把秘书影响力放在中国传统文化体制下给予考察,从职位性因素、机会性因素和个人因素等方面分析了秘书影响力的来源及其效应和特点,揭示秘书因为贴近领导、靠近权力核心而使得表面上被认为是无职无权实际上其影响力有些超乎寻常的原因。
This paper studies a secretary's influence under Chinese traditional cultural system. It analyses the source, effects and characteristics of a secretary's influence from the aspects of his or her position's, opportunity's and individual's factors, and reveals that a seemingly powerless secretary actually has extraordinary influence as he or she is close leaders or to the power at the core.
