第7届全国大学生运动会健美操成套动作中难度动作的分析

Analysis on Difficulty Action of Aerobics in Seventh National University Games

采用文献资料法、分析对比法、数理统计法等方法, 对第7届全国大学生运动会健美操比赛各项冠军队的成套动作中的难度动作进行分析。认为健美操比赛套路中的难度动作多以 C组动作为主, 难度分值集中于0 5-0 8之间, 不同类别难度动作的选择有失均衡性; 成套动作中运动员难度动作的选择与完成上存在一定的差距,没有体现出其应有的难度价值。

By the means of documentation, analysis and paration and statistics, the author studies the difficulty action of various champions of aerobics in the seventh national university games. It suggestions: the difficulty action of aerobics regards C as principle action, difficulty cent concentrate in 0 5～0 8, different category difficulty action loses the balanced, there exsit certain margin between the difficulty action that athlete choice with difficulty action that athlete complete ,having no appears its the difficulty value that should have.
