针对端粒酶蛋白催化亚单位的肿瘤免疫治疗研究 被引量:16

摘要 端粒酶蛋白催化亚单位(hTERT)相对分子质量Mr 127 000, 包含1 132个氨基酸,其基因位于5号染色体短臂的最末端(5p15.33),在90%以上的人类肿瘤中高表达,而正常成熟组织中则基本没有表达,可作为广谱的抗肿瘤治疗分子靶点.DC是已知体内激活静息T细胞功能最强的专职抗原递呈细胞,经DC递呈hTERT抗原表位信息后,CTL能识别从hTERT提取的多肽表位,并在体外杀伤多种组织来源的hTERT阳性的肿瘤细胞.因此hTERT是迄今发现的一个最具应用前景的肿瘤广谱相关抗原,针对hTERT的肿瘤免疫基因治疗有可能成为肿瘤免疫治疗的又一研究热点.
