目的 为灭蚤香波洗剂的生物药效测试提供一种方法和评价标准。方法 采用浸渍法和药浴法。结果 灭蚤香波洗剂对猫栉首蚤均具有良好的杀灭效果。结论 浸渍法和药浴法可作为灭蚤香波洗剂室内药效试验方法及评价标准。

Objective To explore the laboratory efficacy test methods and criterions of pet shampoo against fleas for public health pesticide registration. Methods Immersion method and shampoos were used. Results With both methods, two pet shampoos had excellent efficacy against fleas. Conclusion The combination of both methods and statistics had value for laboratory efficacy test methods and criterions of pet shampoo against fleas.
