残杀威对宾馆德国小蠊的灭效观察

Field killing effect of Propoxur against Blattella germanica in hotels

目的 残杀威(Propoxur)应用于宾馆灭蟑方法及药效的探讨。方法 使用美国Model2600型超低容量喷雾器喷洒20%残杀威乳油。结果 应用超低容量喷雾器充分发挥残杀威乳油对德国小蠊的杀灭作用,施药3次30d后灭效高达98%。结论 20%残杀威乳油应用于现场对德国小蠊具有较好的快速杀灭作用,轮换用药对德国小蠊抗性的升高和缓解具有积极的作用。

Objective To explore the method for killing cockroach and its effect by applying Propoxur in hotels. Methods Ultra low volume sprayer of model 2600 which was made in USA.Results The application of ultra low volume sprayer made full use of Propoxur cream.The killing rate was up to 98% after 30 days for 3 times.Conclusion The field application of 20% Propoxur had a fast killing action against Blattella germanica. Alternative use of insecticides had an active role in controlling the rising resistance of Blattella germanica.
