摘要
本文认为在资源建设中教师的精力不应放在学习新技术上,而应当致力于用新的教育思想设计 好、用好教育资源。
This paper pointed out that teachers in resource construction should not pay too much attention to learn new technology, but focus their mind on designing and using education resource well through new education idea.
